Anger Issues

Anger is a normal human emotion. It is an emotional response to a real or imagined threat or provocation. Everyone gets angry at times. It’s not a “bad” emotion. Anger makes people feel strong and powerful, which can motivate them to stand strong for what they believe is right. Anger can also motivate people to excel in sports and other domains in which it is beneficial to take a competitive stance. However, anger can also motivate people to stand up and fight for things that may be trivial or ill advised. It’s a powerful emotion that can lead to serious problems in your relationships and career if left unbridled. Chronic anger, which is prolonged, if not dealt with properly, can ead to multiple other psychological and physical issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use and abuse, high blood pressure, immune system issues, headaches, and digestive problems among others.
